Let's get healthy... Together!

So I found this app called My Fitness
 Pal. First, let me say "LOVE!!!" I love 
this app! You can program your weight, 
including if you want to gain or lose 
weight, your activity level and other 
information. Then it gives you the 
amount of calories you should eat. With  
that, you put in how much you exercise 
(which will add to your calorie brake for 
the day). You can keep account of the 
water you drink, your food intake, your 
exercise and the like. And did I mention 
it's customizable? And for those 
without smart phones, visit their website
